We'll fix it, but we look to avoid the back and forth whining about international shipping charges that so often occur even after we have spelled them out. We have piles of boards just sitting here waiting to go back to customers who do not want to pay customs duties or shipping to their country and it just winds up a big waste of time for all involved. We are located in New York City, in a storefront. We have a total of 750 square feet, which 5 people use to repair dozens of machines. We have shelving in place to house hundreds of machines, but not boxes. All boxes received will be broken down, cut up, and disposed of the moment they are received, no exceptions.
