How do I send my device?

First, decide if you wish to prepay for service upfront, or pay after we're done.

I know exactly what device I have and what is wrong with it.

You can purchase a service by clicking here, choosing your device, then choosing the service you'd like us to perform. Once you checkout, mail your device to us with order number in the box. We'll fix it & ship it right back to you.

I'm not sure which model I have or what is wrong with it.

If you're not sure what's wrong, or just want a free estimate; that's fine! Fill out the form at the end of the page & ship your device to us. We'll contact you with an estimate once we receive it. Do keep in mind we do data recovery on all different brands of phones, hard drives, laptops & sdcards, but do not perform repairs on any laptops besides Apple's Macbooks.

Here's our address to send us your device. If you're not pre-paying for service, please fill out the quick form at the end of the page prior to sending in your device.

What if I have no idea what is wrong with it?

Fill out the form at the end of the page to the best of your ability to describe your issue. We will figure out what is wrong with your device for free, and tell you what your options are. You will receive an email notification with a ticket once your device is checked into our system. We'd suggest calling to confirm your issue is one we can help you with.

We offer a free estimate.

The only fees you would incur if you do not want to repair the device, would be paying to transport the device to us, and return shipping should you not wish to repair it.

How much is return shipping to get my device back to me?

We offer free return shipping of your device in the continental U.S. if you are having service done. If you decline to have the device repaired, there is a return shipping fee for devices that is subject to our cost + handling fee. Free shipping is exclusively for devices which we do repair within the continental United States. For larger, heavier devices, an additional fee for shipping may apply.

Do you offer free international shipping?

NO!! We are not looking to go bankrupt. We understand if our international shipping rates seem expensive, and strongly suggest that you pursue receiving service in your country of origin before sending a device halfway around the world for us to repair it. We'll fix it, but we look to avoid the back and forth whining about international shipping charges that so often occur even after we have spelled them out. We have piles of boards just sitting here waiting to go back to customers who do not want to pay customs duties or shipping to their country and it just winds up a big waste of time for all involved. Further, if anything else winds up going wrong with your device or you require other service, yoiu would be looking at paying these charges again. While we are

Data recovery can be anywhere from one day to a month, motherboard repair can take anywhere from an hour to six weeks depending on the severity of the issue. For your particular situation, feel free to email or call us to enquire about the turnaround time for your particular device.
