  • Shipping & Delivery

  • Customers are resposibile for shipping of items to us. We offer three shipping options. Standard free Parcel Post return with 2-9 day shipping within the continental U.S., Priroity Mail return with 1-4 day shipping time within the continental U.S., and Express Mail return with 1-2 day shipping within the continental U.S.

  • Shipping time does not include the amount of time it takes us to repair your laptop. 

  • Privacy & Security

    Please refer to our privacy policy for information on how we handle data you provide us. 

  • Warranty service

    • Warranty on all  hardware repairs besides laptop logic board repairs is one year.
    • Warranty on logic board repairs are three months.
    • No warranty can be provided on software services.
    • No warranty can be provided on customer provided parts, for any aspect of service. 
    • Warranty service does not cover additional physical or liquid damage, or any mishandling to the device as to be determined by mailin.repair on a case by case basis.

  • Ordering

    Ordering from us is as simple as choosing your device, choosing a service, and sending it to us with a receipt in the box. If you cannot print a receipt to put it in the box, simply writing your order number down on a piece of paper and putting it in the box where we can find it will suffice. The key here is that we know who you are when we receive your device! If you do not know what is wrong with your device, simply check out with the free estimate service and we will tell you exactly what you need and show you all of your options. 

  • Payment, Pricing & Promotions

    Pricing on repairs is subject to change at any time, without notice. Refunds are not granted due to price changes within any time period. We offer free estimates, which are only estimates, not guaranteed actual cost. There are cases in which damage can be more extensive than intiially anticipated. You will always have the option to cancel a repair if the cost goes above your initial quote.
